Rev. Dr. Timothy E. Beville, Jr. Global Senior Pastor & Founder

Rev. Dr. Timothy E. Beville was born in East Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania to Timothy E. Beville, Sr. and Joan (Palmisano) Beville.  Tim was raised and educated in the Pocono Mountain School System. Educational experiences include an Associate Degree in Applied Sciences-Funeral Director from Northampton Community College.  A Bachelor's Degree in New Testament Theology, A Dual Masters in Biblical Studies and Pastoral Counseling and a Doctorate in Thoelogy from Liberty University.  Pastor Tim is the Great-Great Grandson of Rev. William F. Johnson a freed slave that founded the Christian & Missionary Alliance Church in Stroudsburg, PA which has celebrated their 104th Anniversary.

A leader in business he is the founder of the Judd-Beville Funeral Home, Inc-Allentown and under his leadership this ministry has flourished and is considered by most to be the premiere establishment for people of color in the Lehigh Valley. He is the founder of the "it Takes A Village" community outreach project providing aid to the young people of the Valley from school supplies, hat, gloves and food without judgement or question.  

Civic memberships include the Bethlehem Branch of the NAACP, United Negro College Fund and the Little Bethel Historical Society.

Pastor Tim's focus is on total restoration of Mind, body and soul.  Pastor's favorite Scripture is found in Luke the 12th Chapter "From everyone who has been given much, much will be required of them, and from the one trusted with much, much more will be expected.



Rev. Robert L. Bass-Overseer

Rev. Robert L. Bass served as the Senior Pastor of Christian & Missionary Alliance Church of Stroudsburg for 22 Years.  This church was founded by Dr. Beville's Great Great Grandfather.  After retirement Rev. Bass joined Restoration Temple and was soon after installed as the Oveerseer of this house.


Pastor Shay Goodman, Associate Pastor - Elect

Having been called to the ministry at the age of 25, Rev. Goodman affectionally called "Shay" answered the call to minister in outreach and evangelism in 2006. as prayer became available throughout the years, she joined the prayer line where she was cultivated in prayer and fasting techniques to become a prayer warrior.

She was called to minister rhe word of God in 2016, where she was selected as the Elder- elect of Rehoboth Deliverance Worship Center. When they relocated out of the area, she joined Restoration Temple in June, 2018. Under the tutelage and teaching of Rev. Dr, Timothty E. Beville she was ordained and had been faithfully serving outreach and started preaching fulltime. She was as the Outreach Pastor of Restoration Temple, but as of Jnauary 2021, she was considered as a candidate of  Associate Pastor and now currently serves as the Associate Pastor- Elect of Restoration Temple. She is the Servant Leader of our prayer ministry and is still assisting with Restoration Temple outreach and evangelism ministries. She is currently enrolled in Grace Christian University pursuing a degree in Leadership and Ministry.  


Pastor Kim Claude - House Prophet and Deliverance Pastor

Passionate, Pure, Prolific and Powerful are words that have all been used to describe the ministry of God's Servant, Prophetess Kim. One of the God's chosen mouthpieces, Prophetess Kim has been dedicated for over 39 years to the ministry of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Charged with a mandate to advance the Kingdom of God, Prophetess Kim is an Prophectic Voice in these end-times, being used by God in the five-fold ministry.

A native New Yorker, Brooklyn born and Bronx raised Phophetess Kim knew early in age that she had a special gift from God. At the age of 8 she was able to give warnings and proclamations to her mother through dreams and visions. Prophetess Kim accepted Jesus Christ as her Lord and Savior, was baptized in the name of Jesus and received the gift of the Holy Ghost with the evidence of speaking in tongues.

Prophetess Kim has accomplished many goals in ministry as well. She has been license/ordained a Minister, affirmed as a Prophetess, served many years as a Armor-Bearer for several notable Prophets/Leaders, President of the Pastor's Aid Commitee, President of the Intercessory Team, President of the Usher Board and Praise and Worship/Choir.

Prophetess Kim has traveled and assisted many prophetic conferences in prayer and warfare. Prophetess Kim's passion is to travel world hosting prophetic conferences and revivals teaching and encouraging God's people.

In 2019 God visited Prophetess Kim in a dream three times regarding an assignment in Allentown Pennsylvania. After careful prayer and confirmation she Joined Restoration Temple January 2021, and was ordained and installed as the Pastor of Deliverance & The House Prophet.

Rev. Hermon Haynes, Visitation Pastor

Reverend Hermon E. Haynes is a native of Virgina Beach, Virginia, where he received his childhood education. Since that time, Pastor Haynes has been blessed to earn a B.S Degree in Sociology from Norfolk, Virginia.

Rev. Haynes received his call to Ministry in June, 1985. 

Rev. Haynes became a member of Restoration Temple in March 2020 and is now the Visitation Pastor. 


Minister Shelby Belfield - Ministry Support

Minister Shelby Belfield was born in Virginia Beach, Virginia and lived there until the age of 6, making Allentown PA here new home.

Minister Belfield accepted the Lord Jesus Christ as her personal Lord and Saver at the age of 10, with lots of training and determination she later served as the President of the Senior Usher Board, President of the Missionary Board, Member of the Mass Choir and on the Pastor's Aide Committee.

Minister Belfield accepted her call to preach in the year of 2014. She joined Restoration Temple in June of 2020. She now serves as the Churches Ministry Support staff. 

One of her favorite scriptures is Proverbs 3:5-6 "Trust in the Lord with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding" 


Minister Reginal T. Carter (Located: Baltimore Maryland)

Minister Reginal Theodore Carter is a Baltimore, Maryland native. He accepted Christ as his savior at the age of eight years old at Community Baptist Church in Baltimore, Maryland under the leadership of Rev Dr. Milton N. Lemon. Minister Carter accepted and acknowledged his call to preach the Gospel and was licensed at Restoration Temple, Allentown, PA under the Leadership of our Senior Pastor Rev. Dr. Timothy E. Beville Jr. Minister Carter is an Associate Minister at Community Baptist Church where he also serves as a Sunday School Teacher and Director of the Church School Choir. 


Deacon Silas Catwell - Executive Board Member & Chairman of the Trustee Board / Manhood Facilitator

Deacon Silas Catwell, Jr. Is the 1st born offspring to the loving parents of the late Silas S. Catwell, Sr. and Marlene Catwell of West Hempstead, NY. Early in his Christian walk, he accepted Jesus Christ as his personal savior, under the pastorate of the late Rev. Dr. H. David Parker, Emmanuel Baptist Church, Elmont, NY. Under this leadership, he was trained and nurtured to serve with a spirit of excellence. In pursuit of academic excellence, he attended the Nassau Community College. Silas considers his greatest accomplishment, the gift of four daughters, Kayla, Kemani, Savanna and Kristina. He is the loyal and commited husband to his lovely wife, Shelly Catwell.

He currently works with for a NY based insurance company as a Director of Claims and owns his own management company that services various insurance companies throughout the United States. His greatest desire is to assist those who are underserved by offering a ray of sunshine and hope to their lives.

By divine providence, he relocated to Macungie, PA and after prayerful consideration, he became a member of Restoration Temple in 2020. This made his father's heart rejoice in that his son was a part of church that love God and serves the community. Under the leadership of Rev. Dr. Timothy E. Beville,Jr. Silas Catwell Jr. was ordained a Deacon on January 31, 2021 and currently serves on the Executive Board of Restoration Temple INC. If you have ever met Silas S. Catwell, Jr., then you have entertained one of God's angel.


Deaconess Shelly Catwell - Church Clerk / Sisterhood Facilitator



Shelly Joseph-Catwell is the second of four children born to Selwyn and Dolores Joseph. In her early years, Shelly was a devout Catholic, who received her First Holy Communion and Confirmation at St. Martha's Church in Uniondale, NY. But after prayer and deep consideration Shelly chose to leave the Catholic faith.

Shelly is the mother of four daughters, Kemani, Kayla, Savanna and Kristina. She is also the loving wife of Deacon Silas S. Catwell Jr.

Shelly is a homemaker, and currently works Part-Time for a local Trauma-Informed Service Agency, as their Family Based Services Coordinator. Serving those in need brings happiness and joy to her life.

Shelly became a member of the Restoration Temple family in 2020, and serves as the Church Clerk. She was ordained as a Deacon on January 31st 2021.


Deaconess Patricia Millsaps - Deacon, Church Administrator

Deaconess Millsaps, a natice of Southern Delaware, spent her childhood in Bucks County, PA and Paterson, NJ. Her family relocated to the Lehigh Valley when she was in the 8th grade. In her early 20's, she relocated to Nashville, Tennessesse where she resided for 30 years. 

Pat accepted Christ as her personal Lord and Savior at age 11 at a Methodist revival meeting with her grandmother at Carey's Camp in Millsboro, Delaware. She was baptized in her early 20's by Ernesto Lorea, Assistant Pastor of New Song Fellowship, Woodbine Campus in Nashville, Tennessee.

Pat joined Restoration Temple in April, 2018 after attending their Bible Study which met 215 North Ninth Street, and quickly became active in the Outreach, Comfort and Care and Usher Ministries. She felt in her heart her prior service as a Shepherd Leader could be used at Restoration Temple and when invited by Rev. Dr. Timothy E Beville to serve as a Deaconess she proudly accepted. She attended the class and was ordained on June 9, 2019. Pat became the Church Administrator on August 12, 2019 and also serves as Restoration Temple's church nurse where she is able to use her caring nature and servant's heart to serve the congregation and visitors of Restoration Temple.
